Couples Counselling

When I work I use whatever theory my client needs, I also include mindfulness if it is required. I’m trained in CBT (Person Centred, Solution Focused) and many more. Couples counselling is more structured which will allow each person to have their say, work through the problem and work out what is needed or a plan to help.
